All temomin massages are based on the shiatsu style from Japan. It is a combination of kneading, compression and stretching aimed at relaxing and lengthening tight muscles. No oil is used, as the therapist works through the clothing, making it ideal for a quick “tune-up”.

Acupuncture treatment promotes harmony and balance in the physical body, helping to prevent illness and enhancing a person’s internal recovery system. Temomin-style reflexology is the perfect alternative for those who find that British-style reflexology doesn't provide enough stimulation, but Taiwanese-style reflexology provides too much. With different zones on the foot thought to correspond to different areas of the body, each part of the foot, sole, instep, toes and ankle is meticulously massaged with a soothing crème in order to help the body’s self-healing process.
